Responsibilities fulfilled:  

a) Developing a health and demographic surveillance system for the CHAMPS project.

b) Assessing the utilization of healthcare facilities by pregnant women and analyzing the efficacy of the MaMoni Health Systems Strengthening Project.

c) Evaluating the performance of an emergency referral transport system in hard to reach areas, data analyses, and manuscript writing for IPSI project


d) Co-Investigator of a six-month-long survey carried on eligible households amongst 54,000 households of a health and demographic surveillance. This survey called “Additional Indicator and Health Care Utilization Survey for the Child Health and Mortality Prevention Surveillance (CHAMPS)” studied (i) the hygiene practices in households having children under-five years of age, (ii) healthcare-seeking patterns for vaccination and childhood illness, (iii) healthcare-seeking patterns for chronic conditions that could pose a risk during pregnancy and (iv) the antenatal and postnatal care-seeking patterns among women of reproductive age group.
